Adolescence is like setting out on a long
voyage on an often turbulent and stormy sea—for both the teenager and the
parents. It’s kind of like a long labor.
Keep your eye on Jesus and on the vision of
the strong, self-confident man or woman that will emerge at the end of this
voyage—for if you do that, they will.
